Les propulseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9trave sont disponibles avec des diam\u00e8tres d&rsquo;h\u00e9lice allant de 500 mm \u00e0 2000 mm.<br \/>\nVan Wijk peut fournir 2 types de propulseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9trave : le propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 canal et le propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 grille. Les propulseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9trave Van Wijk peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur les bateaux de navigation int\u00e9rieure, les ferries, les barges, les pontons et les navires maritimes.<br \/>\nPropulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 canal<br \/>\nLe propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 canal est fiable et poss\u00e8de une forte pouss\u00e9e. Le fonctionnement du propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 canal est simple dans son concept : au moyen d&rsquo;une h\u00e9lice qui tourne horizontalement, l&rsquo;eau est aspir\u00e9e par le dessous du navire. Le flux g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 est d\u00e9vi\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de vis et transmis aux canaux.<br \/>\nLe tambour du propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 canal peut \u00eatre tourn\u00e9 \u00e0 360\u00b0. Le propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave se dirige et r\u00e9agit donc avec une extr\u00eame pr\u00e9cision.<br \/>\nPropulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave &#8211; mod\u00e8le \u00e0 grille<br \/>\nLe mod\u00e8le \u00e0 grille du propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave peut \u00eatre fourni avec un diam\u00e8tre d&rsquo;h\u00e9lice de 500 \u00e0 1650 mm et avec une puissance de moteur de 100 \u00e0 1000 cv. Les grilles de guidage conviennent parfaitement aux bateaux de navigation int\u00e9rieure. L&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;installation limit\u00e9 \u00e0 bord et le fond peu profond de nombreuses rivi\u00e8res rendent la compacit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le \u00e0 grille encore plus \u00e9vidente. La grille est command\u00e9e par un syst\u00e8me hydraulique et la grille est command\u00e9e par un moteur hydraulique. La grille de d\u00e9charge du propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave est dirig\u00e9e vers le bas.<br \/>\nLe propulseur d&rsquo;\u00e9trave \u00e0 grille de Van Wijk n\u00e9cessite une hauteur d&rsquo;installation limit\u00e9e et convient donc parfaitement \u00e0 la navigation int\u00e9rieure. mm et avec une puissance moteur de 100 \u00e0 1000 cv. Les grilles de guidage peuvent \u00eatre hydrauliques, \u00e9lectriques ou au moyen d&rsquo;un moteur diesel. Elles peuvent servir de propulsion principale, auxiliaire ou de secours. La construction compacte et a\u00e9rodynamique garantit un fonctionnement fiable et efficace avec une pouss\u00e9e \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le mod\u00e8le \u00e0 grille est plac\u00e9 dans le plan du navire et augmente ainsi la man\u0153uvrabilit\u00e9 du navire sans interrompre la ligne de la coque.<br \/>\nLes mod\u00e8les \u00e0 grille conviennent parfaitement aux bateaux de navigation int\u00e9rieure. L&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;installation limit\u00e9 \u00e0 bord et le fond peu profond de nombreuses rivi\u00e8res rendent encore plus \u00e9vidente la compacit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le \u00e0 grille. La grille est command\u00e9e par un moteur hydraulique : elle peut \u00eatre tourn\u00e9e \u00e0 360\u00b0 et peut \u00eatre man\u0153uvr\u00e9e en fonction de l\u2019aiguillage choisi : mouvement ou dur\u00e9e. Pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, nous utilisons une protection contre le double d\u00e9marrage, une alarme pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la chaleur et la pression d&rsquo;huile et, en cas de court-circuit, le syst\u00e8me s&rsquo;arr\u00eate automatiquement.<br \/>\nLes grilles de guidage Van Wijk sont constitu\u00e9es d&rsquo;une roue horizontale qui pompe l&rsquo;eau sous le navire et la fait passer par un canal d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e situ\u00e9 sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 (avant ou arri\u00e8re) du dispositif. Une fois dans ce canal, le flux d&rsquo;eau est d\u00e9vi\u00e9 par un coude de 180\u00b0 vers l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 (arri\u00e8re ou avant), o\u00f9 se trouve le canal de sortie.<br \/>\nLe canal de sortie est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une grille dirig\u00e9e vers le bas qui peut \u00eatre tourn\u00e9e de 360\u00b0 dans le sens des aiguilles d&rsquo;une montre ou dans le sens inverse. Comme la grille est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de lames inclin\u00e9es sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, la force de pouss\u00e9e peut \u00eatre dirig\u00e9e pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment vers le c\u00f4t\u00e9 souhait\u00e9. La force de pouss\u00e9e d\u00e9pend de la vitesse de l&rsquo;arbre d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.
